RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within 60 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 60 days will be issued a store credit. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging. Please return your items with the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order.

If you believe your items have been lost or stolen, please contact Pure Beginnings as soon as possible to expedite claims processing. All lost items will be subject to verification through UPS.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Pure Beginnings within 10 days of delivery or send back damaged items with the return form provided. List damaged item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.

Bedding Return Policy:
As all bedding is made-to-order, there are no returns unless the product has arrived defected or damaged. On mattresses, there is a 30-day comfort exchange policy (higher or lower coil count). Customer is responsible for the difference in price (if any), a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs for the new mattress. We cannot issue refunds or exchange on comforters, mattress pads, wool mattress pads, bumper pad or bumper pad cover, unless product has arrived defected or damaged, as bedding and mattresses are not resalable by law once they are purchased.

SALES TAX:
Orders bought within California, or being shipped to California will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped via UPS the next business day, following credit card authorization. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday. Clothing and skincare orders will arrive within 7-10 days. All bedding products are made to order and will arrive within 3-4 weeks from the order date.

Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or P.O. Boxes.

GIFT REGISTRY:
Pure Beginnings hosts its own baby registry service, rather than a third party registry service, to assure the highest quality customer service from its staff. If there are any problems with your registry, please call us at (866) PUR-BABY.

Pure Beginnings provides a secure site for online transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted for safe, secure online purchasing. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your information transmitted to us.

Privacy:
Pure Beginnings adheres to the strictest policies regarding customer privacy. Under no circumstances does Pure Beginnings share customer information with third parties.

Customer information is used to process online purchases only. We collect name, address, email address and phone number information. All online purchase customers are sent a confirmation email.

Items purchased are listed with customer information for tracking purposes and item disputes or returns.
